Rose McGowan Channels A Mermaid in Sequins

Hmmm, I don’t really know what to make of Rose McGowan’s look here. I’m not saying it’s unsightly as McGowan is nowhere near that…but sometimes (fashion) mishaps do happen to beautiful people.

The occasion was a premier for the movie, Conan the Barbarian, a fantasy movie where McGowan stars. She donned an ombre sequined gown from Blumarine. Although I love the uniqueness of the halter number being ombre, I feel it’s not premiere material. Kudos to McGowan for still pulling it off although I wish she had chosen to wear either of these instead.

As you would have noticed, the above choices are all short and sequined. Some even have the ombre factor. I feel like it would have been more appropriate for McGowan to don something short and glamorous like these sequined dress to the premiere. They are not OTT (over-the-top) but are definitely chic, tasteful, and appealing.
